The House

No 4 Henri Maffre is a traditional Languedoc town house over three floors, in a quiet street in Marseillan.

The ground floor was a garage that is now configured as a utility room. It houses a storage area, more than large enough for bicycles, beach apparel and so on. It also offers a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Furthermore there is a shower room and toilet to wash off the sand after a hard day on the beach!

The first floor comprises a lounge and the main bedroom. In the lounge are two settees, which convert into beds, a TV system with UK channels, DVD and radio. The bedroom has one double bed and is on-suite to a shower room and W.C.

The top floor also has a convertible settee, a beautiful new fitted kitchen including dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer and extraction unit. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils expected.

There is also a dining area that caters for up to eight people and yet another shower room with W.C. Additionally, there is also a lovely terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the warm evenings. An electric BBQ completes the picture.

Unusually for a Languedoc town house,  the property has windows on both the front and back of the building, allowing a cool flow of air through the  rooms, but should the temperature exceed normals, there is a portable air conditioner for your use.
